Responsibilities

The Deputy Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining 5-star luxury standards across the estate through hands-on leadership and operational oversight. They coordinate daily housekeeping rhythms, inspect room presentation, and coach the team to ensure immaculate guest experiences.

Qualifications

Candidates must have strong housekeeping experience in a high-end or luxury environment and possess excellent attention to detail. The role requires high physical fitness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
