Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality residential care and support to children and young people who cannot live at home. Act as a shift leader to guide support workers, manage care packages, and ensure safeguarding standards are met.

Qualifications

Childcare First Aid Residential Care Safeguarding Team Leadership

Applicants must hold or be willing to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years. Experience working with vulnerable children or adults in a care or safeguarding setting is essential.
