Job summary

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a Med/Surg unit, responsible for patient assessments, nursing interventions, and documentation to ensure quality patient care. Requires RN license, BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS within six months, and preferred experience of one year.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing accurate patient assessments and initiating appropriate nursing interventions. They must maintain timely medical documentation and manage the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Qualifications

administration of interventions Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Care Plan Management medical documentation medical necessity documentation nursing assessments patient care patient needs assessment Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Quality Improvement (QI)

A valid RN license and Basic Life Support certification are required, with ACLS and PALS certifications needed within six months. One year of experience and ASLS certification are preferred.
