Job summary

The Engineering Delivery Manager role involves leading cross-disciplinary engineering teams within Thales Optronics & Missile Electronics to successfully deliver complex defense projects, managing resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships, with a focus on systems engineering and project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs within cost, schedule, and quality constraints. Manage the engineering delivery strategy, resource profiles, and day-to-day activities while acting as the people manager for the project team.

Qualifications

Engineering Delivery Leadership Project Management Risk Management Stakeholder Engagement Systems Engineering

Requires a strong engineering background with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary projects and an understanding of systems engineering practices. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC).
