Job summary

Interns spend the summer working directly on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. Interns work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where they will be asked to be a key part of our operations. During this 10-12 week internship, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and use a continuous improvement mindset to approach projects and come up with solutions. Interns gain hands on experience in work related to their field of study.

Responsibilities

Interns will rotate through various manufacturing plant areas to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes. They will also support research on projects, develop solutions, and present their findings to department leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a current Junior or Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree. No prior professional experience is required for this internship role.
