Job summary

The Senior Care Assistant supports the home by managing a team of Care Assistants, assisting with clinical duties like medication and care plan reviews, and building relationships with residents and external healthcare providers. Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day running of a care unit, including managing a team of Care Assistants and overseeing shift handovers. Supports clinical duties such as medication issuance, care plan reviews, and maintaining accurate records while providing personal care to residents.
