Job summary

The Chief of Donor Engagement (CoDE) is responsible for the strategy, performance, and long-term sustainability of contributed revenue across Hope Media Group. This leader oversees donor relationships, engagement activities, and revenue growth to support the ministry’s mission. The role involves strategic planning, donor management, team leadership, and coordinating fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Donor Engagement is responsible for the strategy, performance, and long-term sustainability of contributed revenue across the organization. This leader oversees the full donor lifecycle, including donor experience, major gifts, and operations, while serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred in business, nonprofit management, or a related field. Candidates must have ten or more years of senior-level fundraising or revenue strategy leadership experience within mission-driven organizations.
