Job summary

The Sales Advisor role at Jewson involves delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, providing product recommendations, processing orders, and supporting branch activities. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, with skills in communication, organization, and IT. Knowledge of building materials is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

The Sales Adviser will deliver outstanding service to trade and retail customers while building strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. They will also support branch operations including stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
