Job summary

The Lead Solutions Engineer supports complex sales by understanding customer needs and demonstrating Syndigo's data management and commerce solutions through tailored technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, leveraging deep product knowledge in PIM, MDM, PXM, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

The Lead Solutions Engineer designs and delivers value-driven demonstrations while leading technical discussions on PIM, MDM, and data integration. They partner with sales teams to support complex opportunities, technical evaluations, and strategic customer engagements.

Qualifications

API Cloud technologies Data management solutions Enterprise integrations Master Data Management (MDM) Presales Problem Solving Product Information Management (PIM) Solution Engineering Solutions Consulting

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in solution engineering or related technical roles with deep expertise in enterprise data management. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value are essential for this role.
