The Operations Supervisor leads a shift in a freight service center, managing safety, operations, and team performance. Responsibilities

Supervise a service center shift, leading employees and overseeing safe, efficient freight planning, loading, unloading, pickups, and deliveries. Monitor performance and compliance, train and provide feedback to staff, coordinate with management, and drive service, safety, and operational improvements.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college and a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of operations experience, preferably in transportation; supervisory experience, AS400 and Microsoft Office knowledge, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
