Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform daily operational tasks including inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

ASE Certification Automotive Parts Automotive Repair Bilingual Cash Handling Cataloging Customer Service Multi-tasking Weatherly Index System

Candidates must have the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems is desired, and bilingual skills are highly encouraged.
