Job summary

The Quality Control Manager oversees quality systems, audits, and compliance in a metal surface treatment plant, managing QC staff, ensuring certification adherence, and representing the site during audits.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and enforce the site's quality management systems and certifications, oversee audits and compliance documentation, and ensure employees are trained to quality standards. Manage quality control staff, calibration systems, customer production requirements, certificates of compliance, and corrective and preventive actions while representing the site during audits.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of similar experience in an industrial production environment are required, along with experience implementing and maintaining a quality management system and participating in QMS audits. Experience with Parylene coating and printed circuit boards is preferred.
