Job summary

Support customers face-to-face, over the phone, and digitally in banking transactions, providing guidance, handling queries, and promoting banking and digital services. Focus on delivering excellent service, maintaining security, and assisting customers in managing their finances confidently. No banking experience required, but customer service passion is preferred.

Responsibilities

You will support customers in-branch and over the phone with everyday banking transactions, queries, and digital tool guidance. You are also responsible for following processes accurately and working collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

Banking products Communication skills Customer service Digital services Empathy Patience Teamwork Technology proficiency

No prior banking experience is required, but a passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills are essential. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be digitally savvy, and demonstrate a positive, patient, and adaptable mindset.
