Job summary

Supportive care role in a residential and nursing home providing personalized care and engaging residents in social activities, requiring no previous experience but a caring attitude.

Responsibilities

The Care Assistant will work as part of a supportive team to provide personalized care in line with individual care plans. They are also responsible for encouraging and participating in leisure and social activities while showing kindness and respect to residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required as full training and support are provided by the employer. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to communicate clearly while demonstrating energy and enthusiasm for caring for older people.
