Job summary

Support warehouse operations through advanced handling, inventory control, and shipping, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving, put-away, kitting, replenishment, inventory tracking, cycle counting, and shipping activities to support production and maintain accurate warehouse records. Mentor junior associates, promote safe and organized work practices, and contribute to audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

ERP systems inventory accuracy inventory control kitting material handling safety procedures shipping team mentoring use of handheld scanners warehouse operations

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, and experience with ERP systems and handheld scanners. Candidates should understand inventory and material handling processes, communicate and mentor effectively, and be able to meet the stated physical demands; forklift and OSHA 10 certifications are preferred.
