Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to critical infrastructure organizations, helping them maximize the value of Dragos solutions and improve their OT cybersecurity maturity. This role involves leading customer onboarding, facilitating goal-setting workshops, and providing ongoing technical guidance to ensure operational resilience.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in OT, ICS, or critical infrastructure environments with a strong understanding of industrial cybersecurity frameworks. Proficiency in engaging technical and business stakeholders, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.
