Job summary

The Project Manager leads concrete construction projects, focusing on formwork and structural systems. Responsible for safety, timeliness, budgeting, and client relations throughout project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead concrete formwork, shoring, and structural construction projects from planning through installation, ensuring safe, timely, on-budget delivery and quality compliance. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams while managing schedules, costs, contracts, change orders, and project team development.

Budget Management Communication Construction Management Contract Negotiation Problem Solving Project Management Reading Drawings Safety Standards Scheduling Structural Engineering

Requires at least three years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete, formwork, or structural construction, and an associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Candidates should be able to interpret construction drawings, understand construction processes and safety, use Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, and hold or obtain OSHA 30 certification within the first year.
