Job summary

The role involves delivering personal coaching and fitness classes, managing member progress, onboarding, retention, and community involvement in a hands-on gym environment, requiring effort, passion, and community focus.

Responsibilities

The coach will deliver exceptional SGPT sessions and fitness classes while managing a cohort of members to ensure high retention and positive outcomes. They are also responsible for facility standards, community initiatives, and administrative reporting.

Qualifications

Candidates must be growth-minded, highly energetic, and capable of delivering 100% effort daily. They must reside within a 30-minute commute of East Sheen and demonstrate a strong commitment to team collaboration and client success.
