Job summary

Lightning AI seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive growth in developer and user adoption of its AI platform, focusing on optimizing onboarding, sign-up, and feedback loops, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, technical understanding, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will identify and execute growth levers across activation, retention, and referral while leading experiments across onboarding and sign-up flows. Collaborating with design and engineering, you will use data to uncover friction in the developer journey and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

A/B Testing APIs and Developer Tools Data Analysis Experimentation Growth Strategy Machine Learning/AI Product Management Technical Concepts User Experience (UX) Design

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in consumer or developer products. A strong analytical background and a genuine curiosity for the AI/ML space are essential for understanding customer challenges.
