Job summary

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients, including assessments, planning, supervision, and interventions, to restore and optimize patient health in a high-quality care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, teaching patients and families, documenting care, delegating tasks, and ensuring safety. The role requires adherence to current nursing standards, safety protocols, and effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care, including patient assessments and interventions to prevent complications of physical disability. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise nursing aides and LPNs to ensure quality patient care.

Requires completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and a current state RN license with BLS certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and one year of acute care experience are preferred.
