Manager (People Manager), Cell & Molecular Biology - Athlone

Manage staff, laboratory resources, and project activities for Cell and Molecular Biology pharmaceutical development studies, including method development, validation, stability, and quality control. Oversee technical documentation, data quality and compliance, client communications and audits, and coordination with internal teams while supporting quality improvements and financial goals.

Requires a degree in a relevant scientific field and at least five years of relevant analytical laboratory experience, including management experience in a pharmaceutical or contract laboratory. Candidates should have strong quality-documentation experience, assay development and method optimization skills, and demonstrated leadership, mentoring, communication, and project-management abilities; cell and gene therapy experience is ideal.
