Job summary

As a Principal Security Engineer focused on AI Security at LILA, you will define and drive the technical strategy for securing AI systems enterprise-wide. Your role involves designing security controls for AI tools, conducting adversarial testing, safeguarding data, and ensuring secure AI platform adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the technical strategy for securing enterprise AI usage, including AI gateways, agentic workflows, and data protection controls. Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct threat modeling, red teaming, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
