Job summary

Legal counsel to advise and support Brex’s People team on employment law, policies, disputes, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to employment regulations and mitigating risks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Provide business-minded legal guidance to the People team on employment matters including performance management, hiring, and wage and hour compliance. Manage employment-related disputes, investigations, and outside counsel while developing internal policies and training programs.

Qualifications

Dispute Resolution Employment Law Employment Policies Legal Advice Legal Drafting Legal Research Litigation Negotiation Regulatory Compliance Training and Development

Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and at least 5 years of experience counseling on employment law matters. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment.
