Responsibilities

The Senior Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of enterprise-focused commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions and NDAs. They will also partner with Sales and RevOps teams to streamline contract workflows and provide practical legal guidance on complex deal issues.
