Job summary

Lead a kitchen team to ensure high-quality food service, maintain hygiene, and coordinate operational tasks during busy periods.

Responsibilities

The Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for leading the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining high food standards. They will also deputise for the management team and ensure all hygiene and safety regulations are strictly followed.
