Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Staff Product Data Scientist specializing in infrastructure to build and maintain data science models, design quantitative measurement frameworks for infrastructure efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure decisions for autonomous vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data science models to optimize the acquisition and efficiency of infrastructure like chargers and depots. Design quantitative frameworks to assess the infrastructure footprint and collaborate with Supply Operations to make data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

Data Analysis Data Modeling Operations Research Optimization Quantitative Methods Supply Chain

Requires a Master's degree in a highly quantitative field such as Operations Research or Supply Chain with applied work experience in optimization. A Ph.D. in a related quantitative field is preferred.
