Job summary

Seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead technology solutions for a FinTech platform. Responsible for overseeing engineering teams, delivering scalable cloud applications, and ensuring security and compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop multiple engineering teams while setting the engineering strategy and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications and platforms. Partner with business and product stakeholders, establish engineering standards, support innovation, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and manage vendors and budgets.

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and at least 5 years in engineering leadership. Candidates should have financial services or fintech experience, a record of delivering large-scale digital and cloud solutions, and strong knowledge of architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, security, and compliance.
