Job summary

Assist elderly residents by providing personal care, supporting their nutrition, engaging in social activities, maintaining care plans, and observing and reporting their wellbeing in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care to residents, supporting their physical, nutritional, and social needs. Maintain accurate care plans and document any changes in resident behaviour in accordance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

Care Plan Maintenance Communication Skills Companionship Interpersonal Skills Nutrition and Hydration Support Observation and Reporting Personal Care Social and Recreational Activities

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team. Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
