Job summary

A proactive Credit Controller manages customer accounts receivable, follows up on overdue payments, investigates payment delays, maintains accurate records, monitors account status, and applies credit control procedures to ensure timely collection and healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and collect overdue payments by contacting customers, following up on commitments, and resolving payment delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate collection records, monitor account status, schedule follow-ups, and apply credit control procedures while supporting customer relationships and cash flow.

Qualifications
