Job summary

Lead and manage QC analytical staff ensuring testing complies with protocols and specifications, support investigations, perform reviews, mentor team members, and drive continuous quality improvement within a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

The Quality Control Supervisor will lead and manage the analytical QC staff to ensure testing and documentation meet GMP standards. They are responsible for scheduling activities, conducting investigations, and mentoring team members to maintain high performance and compliance.

Qualifications

Analytical Testing Communication Documentation Flow Cytometry GMP Investigation and RCA Leadership Mentoring Quality Control Team Management

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a GMP analytical laboratory and hold a relevant post-graduate degree. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
