Job summary

The Process Safety Engineer supports the Conroe manufacturing facility's process safety management (PSM) program by maintaining safety information, supporting hazard analyses, managing change documentation, and ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM requirements. Key responsibilities include safety information maintenance, MOC coordination, risk and hazard assessments, incident tracking, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

The Process Safety Engineer supports the facility's Process Safety Management program by maintaining safety information and coordinating Management of Change documentation. They also facilitate risk assessments, support CAPEX projects, and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Document Control HAZOP HSE regulations LOPA Management of Change (MOC) Process Hazard Analysis Process Safety Information Process Safety Management Risk Assessment Safety Compliance

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with 0-3 years of relevant experience, or a Master of Science degree with 0-1 years of experience. Strong technical writing, analytical skills, and knowledge of OSHA PSM standards are required.
