Job summary

Provide customer support in a contact centre environment, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently. Support sales teams with appointment booking and order management while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers, processing orders and collections via phone and email. They will also support field-based Sales Executives by booking appointments and managing customer inquiries to ensure high service standards.

Candidates should have previous experience in an office or customer service environment and possess excellent attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and PC literacy are essential for this role.
