Job summary

Manage and enhance the personal training services in a wellness club, drive client acquisition and retention, oversee trainer development, and ensure high-quality member experiences.

Responsibilities

The Personal Training Manager is responsible for driving PT revenue, client acquisition, and member retention through effective weekly planning and operational oversight. They will also lead, develop, and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-performance standards and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

Client Acquisition Coaching Communication Skills Customer Service Data Analysis Member Retention Onboarding & Mentoring Personal Training Safety and Compliance Team Management

Candidates must hold a Personal Trainer Level 3 or Level 4 qualification, or a CIMSPA equivalent. Strong leadership, operational, and data-driven management skills are required to succeed in this role.
