Job summary

The Deployment Lead for the USAF at Anduril Industries manages the deployment and sustainment of air defense systems, ensuring operational readiness, building customer relationships, developing deep mission and product expertise, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams for site installation, testing, and training.

Responsibilities

You will orchestrate domestic deployment events including site installations, testing, and training while managing cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will serve as the primary customer liaison to ensure mission readiness and provide feedback to improve product performance.

Qualifications

client communication Documentation operational planning problem solving project management Regulatory and mission requirements knowledge sensor fusion system deployment and sustainment Technological understanding (AI, computer vision, sensors)

Candidates must have an advanced degree or 3-5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably within defense or aerospace. You must also be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
