Job summary

Lead cell-based assay development on a night shift, focusing on GPCR pharmacology data to inform compound decisions. Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize assays involving calcium flux, cAMP, beta-arrestin, and receptor internalization, working closely with chemistry and automation teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and optimization of cell-based GPCR assays during the night shift to generate reliable pharmacology data. Collaborate with chemistry and automation teams to troubleshoot biological systems and ensure seamless experimental handoffs.
