Job summary

The AI Operations Specialist maintains and optimizes AI tooling across the organization, manages tool inventories and use cases, tracks adoption, and ensures data quality. This role involves coordination, process management, and basic data handling, supporting AI tool adoption and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain the inventory and utilization of AI tools across the field organization while managing access requests and data hygiene. Coordinate with stakeholders to formalize use cases and create enablement programs to drive AI adoption.
