Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with interprofessional teams to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes while ensuring safety and compassion. This part-time role involves night shifts, weekend rotations, and adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care by assessing patients, developing collaborative care plans, and delivering age-appropriate and culturally sensitive treatment. Coordinate with patients, physicians, and the interprofessional team to improve outcomes and care experiences, manage risks, respond to emergencies, and support a professional learning environment.

Qualifications

Requires current Wisconsin RN licensure, American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification, and an associate degree in nursing. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred; the role also requires the ability to perform physical patient-care duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
