Responsibilities

The Power Architect will lead the product power roadmap and define power delivery architecture for high-performance AI/ML accelerators. This role involves collaborating across teams to optimize power delivery systems for electrical performance and thermal efficiency from concept to production.

Qualifications

Digital power controllers DrMOS Energy-efficient system design High-current power systems Multiphas Buck Regulators Power delivery Smart power stages Thermal management Thermal modeling Voltage regulators

Candidates must have an MSEE or MSCE with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in power delivery systems. Strong expertise in high-current, low-voltage power delivery and thermal modeling for advanced silicon is required.
