Responsibilities

Support customers with mental health needs to build confidence and develop daily living skills such as cooking and cleaning. Act as an advocate for customers while maintaining a safe environment and following regulatory practices.

Qualifications

Approachable Caring Communication Health and Social Care IT Skills Positive Attitude Record Keeping Teamwork

Candidates should have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, or a willingness to work towards it.
