Job summary

Responsibilities

The lead designer is responsible for the technical direction and supervision of a design team to ensure mechanical and piping deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Duties include performing advanced design work, coordinating with other disciplines, and providing technical guidance to subordinates.

Qualifications

Candidates must have an Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Drafting and at least 15 years of relevant industrial experience. Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, Microstation, and comprehensive knowledge of piping systems and design standards are required.
