Job summary

We are recruiting Morning Care Assistants to support individuals in their homes in Reading and nearby areas. Responsibilities include providing personal care, companionship, meal prep, medication, and supporting clients to live independently with dignity, requiring caring qualities and willingness to learn. Full training provided, no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centered home care to clients in the community to help them live safely and independently. Duties include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and emotional companionship.

Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a car for travel between visits. Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude are required, while previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.
