Job summary

Account Executive, Paid Media plans, executes, and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet marketing goals using platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and emerging channels, managing budgets and tracking performance against client goals. Analyze results, configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking, collaborate with creative and analytics teams, and present media plans, insights, and recommendations to clients.

Requires 1–2 years of digital media planning and buying experience, preferably in an agency working across multiple clients, with demonstrable results and working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4. Candidates should be comfortable with spreadsheets, media strategy and client presentations, and have strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills; experience with Google Tag Manager, programmatic platforms, LinkedIn or TikTok Ads, and Looker Studio is a plus.
