The Care Assistant position involves supporting the well-being of residents at Meadows House Residential and Nursing Home by providing personalized care, engaging in leisure and social activities, and demonstrating kindness and respect. No prior experience needed as training is provided, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and genuine care for older people.

Responsibilities

The Care Assistant will work as part of a supportive team to provide personalised care in accordance with individual care plans. They are also responsible for encouraging and participating in leisure and social activities to enrich the lives of residents.
