Job summary

BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, our focus is always on quality care for our clients. Our Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to be sure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. We care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving you the chance to explore your passions.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one patient care for clients of all ages and acuity levels in a home health setting. Utilize electronic charting and participate in a residency program to advance nursing skills.

Qualifications

Must possess a current valid U.S. nursing license and have graduated from a qualified nursing program. A current CPR certification in good standing is required.
