Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Platform Enablement Operations Manager to lead deployment of autonomous vehicle platforms, coordinate with engineering teams, manage sensor and hardware deployment, and collaborate with automotive partners to ensure operational readiness and scaling of Waymo's autonomous fleet.

Responsibilities

The manager will be responsible for enabling the deployment of new and upcoming Waymo platforms across all program phases, from initial requirements to full deployment. This includes managing operations for new sensor suites and base vehicles to ensure maturity for large-scale deployment readiness.

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with 4-6 years of experience in the automotive or a related transportation industry. Strong demonstrated experience in bringing up hardware platforms in critical environments and managing large cross-functional teams with external partners is essential.
