Job summary

The Engineering Manager for Scheduler and Fleet Efficiency will lead a team responsible for building and managing the scheduling platform that optimizes the usage of Anthropic's compute fleet. The role involves setting technical direction, partnering with various teams to bring workloads onto the fleet, and improving scheduling efficiency, utilization, and developer experience, while managing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of engineers to build and maintain Anthropic's scheduling platform, job-launch tooling, and fleet-efficiency systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical direction, optimize fleet utilization, and improve the developer experience for launching jobs.
