Job summary

Provide nursing care to residents in an assisted living community, monitoring health, managing medications, and supporting resident well-being.

Responsibilities

Monitor resident health conditions and deliver clinical care in accordance with individualized service plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain accurate records and support smooth resident transitions.

Qualifications
