Responsibilities

Operate and maintain core characterization tools including SEM, XRD, and optical microscopy to support materials research. Develop new protocols and improve workflow throughput and data quality in collaboration with science and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Data Documentation Measurement Planning Method Development Optical Microscopy Sample Preparation Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Scientific Equipment Maintenance Troubleshooting Workflow Optimization X-ray Diffraction (XRD)

Requires a B.S. or M.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering with 2 to 5 years of hands-on lab experience. Must be proficient in operating materials characterization tools and documenting experimental methods.
