Job summary

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating patient care in an outpatient gastroenterology setting. This includes assessing health status, diagnosing conditions, and developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

ACLS attention to detail BLS drug knowledge hospital privileges interpersonal skills medical knowledge multitasking patient service verbal communication

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nursing Program with at least 2 years of experience in Gastroenterology. A current New York State license and DEA certificate are required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
