Job summary

A home care registered nurse (RN) provides personalized patient care, monitors health conditions, administers medication, performs emergency procedures, and supports patient families in a home setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will monitor patient conditions, perform routine medical procedures, and administer medications according to physician orders. They will also provide emergency care and offer support and counseling to clients and their families.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license and possess at least one year of documented experience in a clinical or home health setting. Proficiency in IV and Central Line care is required, along with current CPR certification and a negative TB test.
